Food and service was great. I however felt emotionally distressed when I found out the mirror in the men's bathroom is mounted too high.

Great local bar. Nothing special. I came here for some drinks with friends. We didn't get any food so I won't speak on that. They had a variety of beer and cocktails. The service was friendly. The space is a good size with outdoor seating as well. They have TVs by the bar that show sports. I would come here again for a drink.

While visiting my friends in (Bayside) Queens we went to a restaurant nearby then afterward for a drink at the Local Pour House a few doors away. It had a good feel to it and our bartender was very nice. You could tell she was a pro by giving us water with ice on the side with our straight up drinks. I would definitely go back when I visit NYC again.

I came here with the boys for guys night, and it was a great place to catch up with some drinks.. the atmosphere was pleasant and was not too bright, but not too dim either. I enjoyed the service because the weight came right away, check up on us and made sure we were taken care off. It was not too loud and we did not need to scream to hear each other. I also did not get food during this visit, but my friend did and it looked good. I will definitely come back here for another night on town

This is a very nice neighborhood pub, and my wife and I are always being treated with courtesy every time we're here. The steamed mussels, French dip and the sizzling skillet are our staple, and have never ever disappointed us.

Was here again today had a very nice time, bartender is a sweetheart, great crowd for decent, positive conversation. No Riff Raff, if your looking to relax and have a bite to eat and a beer or a cocktail, this is the place for it. Very clean, TV's all around, great atmosphere with nice music. Don't know what these other negative reviews are about, I've never had a negative experience in Local Pour House ever. Highly reccomend
